Enjoy free ground shipping on all orders over $99 within the USA (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). All orders placed on this website will be fulfilled by Projecta US from Auburn, WA.

When will my stuff ship?

We ship Monday - Friday. Orders for in-stock items will usually leave the warehouse on the same shipping day for:

FedEx orders placed by 3PM EST Monday - Friday
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday

Once shipped, when will my stuff arrive?

FedEx Ground Home Delivery delivers Tuesday - Saturday
FedEx Ground Commercial and all express services deliver Monday - Friday.
Estimated transit time via USPS Priority Mail is typically about 2-3 days within the US and about 6-10 days within Canada. USPS Express Mail transit time is typically about 1-2 days. Sundays and federal holidays don't count as days in transit. USPS does not guarantee transit times.

Do you ship international?

Yes, we do, but it will cost you less to purchase from local dealers and distributors in your country. Some International orders may be reviewed prior to processing to ensure product, size and weight restrictions are met. If any issues are identified, you will be contacted with updates prior to your order shipping out.

Will you send my order "signature required"?
Due to the increasing frequency of stolen packages, we automatically ship all orders over $750 “signature required”. We do not pass on carrier fees for this extra service.

If you'd like us to send an order under $750 "signature required", please call us to place your order. There is a $12 fee for this option on orders under $750.
